I used to use the app all the time with no trouble bit recently it stopped working. It let's me put in my order then when I go to pay it says there is an error. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled. I've tried different forms of payment but nothing works. I won't order from the restaurant if I can't use the app. This has been going on for a few months. I love thr restaurant but won't order to-go until the app accepts orders.

The app is mostly user friendly. The gift card payment option is very limited. It will allow multiple gift cards to be added but will only allow ONE to be used as payment. That's a flaw Update: 4/2023 the app still will not allow multiple gift cards to be used for a single order, nor will it allow gift cards to be combined. My college students are not amused by this and have essentially stopped going to Cheddar's because they hate the balky payment issues.

ive been having a lot of trouble with the app functionality lately, but the thing that bothers me the most is now there is no condiment section under entrees anymore. I always get a side of fries and ranch to dip it in and I cant do that anymore! there is no section for condiments and I cant get ranch at all unless I special order something that comes with it and add extra. PLEASE bring back the option for adding condiments its killing me
